Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@fairwaywise.com with your order number.
- Tell us which items you would like to return and why.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- We pay: If you received a defective item, the wrong product, or an item that does not match its description, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please include photos of the issue when you contact us.
- You pay: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply decided you do not want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable service—FairwayWise is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
What Can and Cannot Be Returned

| Golf Balls | ❌ No Returns | Once a sleeve or box is opened, golf balls cannot be returned. Performance characteristics cannot be verified once packaging is broken. |

Condition Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned without meeting these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, or the return may be rejected entirely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 2 business days whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, model, or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround for you.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at contact@fairwaywise.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
